Without job satisfaction employees can't work on their jobs. If i am getting satisfaction from my job i will work , if not i cant put 100 of my effort to my job. ---- Vani

I think employee satisfaction and attrition are related positively.Work life balance,working conditions,designation and autonomy in job has direct link with job satisfaction.To a large extent these factors has direct link with attrition rate also.
