Employee satisfaction plays a vital role in the Attrition and Retention of the employees in the organization.

If the employee is satisfied with the job profile and the work environment of the organization then only the management can control the Attrition rate of the employees.

To reduce the Attrition rate, the company should  make the policies which gives encouragement to the employees. And also celebrating the employees birthdays, anniversary days, arranging parties to all the family members of the employees etc......

As much as employee satisfaction is related to attrition, it is not the only reason. Many other factors like the brand of the company, the compensation also come into play.

Employee job satisfaction is the key for retention. Any employee satisfy with his environment, pay, good relations with boss /colleagues, it will help in 90% of reduction in attrition.
