hello friends I am starting a discussion on Employee Engagement which I feel is a need for the hour, during recession employee layoff was a great tool for reducing cost but employees are the most important asset of the organization and during the time of performance retaining the best talent becomes one of the major challenge for any HR so we will be starting a discussion on the same.
Feel free to share any thoughts, information or any resources relevant to the topic and thus we begin.
other than activites which is more of fun & outdoor kind off, company can keep thier employees engaged in more work related activities also e.g. - making member of company's sports or cultural committee; in activities like suggestion schems, quality circles, quality certifications like six sigma/ TS-ISO etc.
such engagement activities not only raise employees self confiedence & gives them recgnition but is very beneficial for Company/ business also.
