Re: Attrition Analysis & Attrition Managmente

Hi

As per my knowledge you should explore the topi first, just take a deep knowlege of attrition, also clear your title, whether you want to study what is attrition or how to control it, or any thing else....

So have a sstrong base of literature review then, proceed, also you should know in which industry you are, if you are in sale you should know the attrition rate is too high. so plz be clear with your own objectives of the project, it should be decided with the help of your company mentor as well as your faculty member in yourinstitute too.

After all you have selected a good topic,...keep it up.....

Best of luck......

Re: Attrition Analysis & Attrition Managmente

hi, even i am working on the same topic .If you want to analyse on the attrition rate than take the data of the employee's who have resigned or left in last year, analyse that they ae from which dept. , what is there background, age, gender etc. You may get some idea that from which function attrition rate is high. It also depends on the industry as in b.p.o and telecom this has to be high.
