hi,

this anil iam doing mhrm and i want to do master of social work  course next year soon after completing my mhrm how far msw will help me in be coming a good hr professional

I feel, instead of bookbuilding, you can start concentrating on different areas of HR, where you can gain in depth knowledge with the time you want to dedicate to MSW...think ...

MSW course helps you to  understand the  different sections of the society and their problem in addition to learning HR subjects. Subjects like Case work and Group Work ,Principles of community organisation etc. This would helps you to understand and manage the employees in better.
