Analysis Of Performance

Dear All,

 

Kindly guide me how to track and analyse the performance of production, Quality, Sotre and Purchase department.

Dear Aarti, you have to create a certain benchmark for each attribute of the individuals and create a policy saying that there must be a daily mail to the concerned manager on the work done . Based on these metrices it is easy to evaluate the performance of individuals more effectively. with regards, Lakshmi.

hi aarti,

First of all look for how many shifts do you have in your firm. Does your unit work round the clock.

Next develop a method like:

say 1 st shift ends, so the in-charge of the first shift may be production, quality or store will note down the amount of production for that days target.

This would be reviewed by next shift and the process continues , at the ned of every week review the amount of product produced.

at the end of every month ask the plant supervisors to give the amount produced by each and every unit, each and every employee. and ask the vplant head and HOD's of every department  to review vit.

Hi,
Need to check the performance of  the employee on monthly basis, by which it will be easier for the manager to give feedback and fill their gaps.

should check on Knowledge, skills, Attribute.
