Career Change

Hello

My name is Raajeev.  I have 10 years experience in IT and  3 yrs experience in HR. I have change my field since I found HR  more interesting.  But because of my previous experience I am not able to get proper job openings in HR.  Can anyone guide me how I can get a proper Job as an HR Generalist.
