Annul Grade Increments

As a General policy, eligible for receiving performance based annual increments to their
remuneration @ 6% of Gross remuneration. The increment will be released
every year after performance appraisal.

Increment is based on employee performance during the year based on the Job specification given.

Employer evaluate the performance during the review time and give the ratings based his/her performance.
