HR Cost Cutting

Dear All,

I would like to know list of area wise HR Cost saving budget plans, since each other department can quantify their cost cutting but in hr im not able to quantify the savings plan. Hence any of the senior gurus can help me out.

Regards,

Re: HR Cost Cutting

Hi,

I am a new member of this group and would be glad throw some light on the query posted by you regarding cost cutting in HR.

You are right to an extent when you say that in HR its little difficult to quantify the results.  Still, many targets in HR can also be quantified and ultimately cost cutting exercise can be carried out. E.g.

HR professionals can work on bringing down the 'Cost per hire', 'recruitment cycle time', 'training cost' etc.  If we consider Admin also part of HR, then, cost on transportation, canteen etc. can also be regulated.

Other than these, you can always go for minimum usage of paper by giving less prints, save electricity and water...

Thanks & Regards,
