I m working as an HR for a backoffice with total number of 125 employees.
Kindly let me know what action can be taken as an HR in the following:
2)Late coming issue.
Hi all friends
Absentism is a big issue in todays era,it can not be ignore,you can firstly give him a warning letter,after that cut the ,if it is not stop then you can suspend for a short period of time,
above mentioned is just for make them aware of their responsibility,
second thing is that,
you should try to know ,why the employee is not coming /late,then you can frankly discuss with and resolve the problem
