I need to do competencies mapping in my organisation, how shall I proceed.

Hi Amita,

Competency Mapping is vast area. first tell us what all areas or depts you are going to do comp mapping. Any which ways you can follow the below method:

First list the levels you wanna include in the CM

list down all competencies required for all roles in the orgn

based on the competencies listed, you can cluster them accordingly(threshold competencies, differentiating competencies etc etc)

once clusters are ready, you can map against each level/role.
