I want reduce of absentism in our company and will publishe HR - NEWS Letter in our company. Please guide me

     I am Balaji working as Personnel officer  In manufacturing sector , i have been trying to rectify the absentism in my organization but Unfortunately   it not be rectified yet because my management not accepted suggestion kindly help
