We are planning to implement some of employee engagement activities like Sports club, Birthday celebration etc.,

we have 150 employees in our organisation.

Can anyone help in this regard..

To begin with

-- you need to have a defined budget you did like to allocate for this activity

-- You will need to list down the activities you wish to introduce

-- make an execution plan so that it has a sustainable platform

-- phase the introduction of each activity by creating exitement around it

Employee Engagement is an important factor to reduce attrition rate in an organization. There are lot of activities like celebrating birthdays' of employees by fixing one day for all the employees who have birthdays' in that particular month. Asking for suggestions for a particular problem or decision, so that they may feel themselves an important part of organization.Starting some group discussions by making small groups specially of the people who interact with each other rarely like two staff members of different departts., Proper Appreciation for the good work they do and sending motivational mails to them occasionally. So many activities can be created according to the environment of the organization.

We have started activities and called it as Fun@work.  It has Quiz, Birthday and Anniversary celebrations and other fun filled events conducted every month.
