Salary trend is largely goverened by the industry you are working in and it  will impact every job in that particular co - for example salary of an  Infosys receptionist will be very different from the salary of a  manufactring unit though both may be doing the same job 
 
so to get a better idea, you must mention the industry you are operating in  - heavy engg / software, etc and also your location as that has a major impact on the salary levels 
 
you may like to modify your request to the various groups accordingly to get meaningful information.
