Can any one tell me Birthday Policy?

The Birthday policy followed at my company is to have a birthday celebration for the month. The last friday of the month hasa birthday celebration for that month born employees with a cake cutting. All employees are invited for this celebration.


Also on an employee's birthday, an email is sent to the employee....

At our company, we have birthday celebrations on the last Friday of the month for all the employees whose birthday is in that particular month.We buy a cake and present individual token gifts(gift voucher,dinner coupons,gift sets)etc.

On the day of an employees birthday we send a birthday mailer to everyone.

Our company celebrates all the birthday boys and girls of the month at the end day of the month. And they arrange for some games and activities for every one . Then cake cutting for all the birthday boys and girls. And then snack for every one.

1) We send greeting to the employee on the birthday.
2) First Saturday of the month , we have a cake cutting celebration, where all the employees are invited.
3) Interactive games are organized , so as to give that celebration mood on.

The cake cutting celebrations happens for 30- 45 minutes.
