Dear gurus,

I am a HR professional in a large & leading Public Sector Organisation with multiple SBUs.

We are on the look out for those who can carry out a statistically valid study of various Job profiles in the Organisation keeping in their line of sight the Business plans, technology deployed/planned to be deployed, processes at work etc to evaluate current roles, their market net worth in terms of compensation & benefits, and more importantly the transformation of roles expected to be achieved with possible compensation bench marks/pegs. We are not looking for the regular job evaluation studies but looking at the scope beyond that.

I heard about Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST) and I am not sure if that is the only technique available or any better techniques are available. I am also not aware of practitioners of such studies.

Any suggestions/leads would be highly appreciated.
