Devising Policies, need inputs...
Dear members,
i was hoping for some input from you on the following points, as i am devising a policy on the same in my company. i have inputs from most of my HR friends, but wish for a more extensive feel. I am related to the Engineering industry, especially related to design. Here goes:
1. Emp referral policy: 2. criteria's and payment of performance appraisal 3. Loyalty bonus 4. Criteria's for Employee of the month (determining factors - measurable parameters, against behavioral/technical criteria's) 4. Leave policies prevalent in your company
I would really appreciate some input, and if sufficiently acquire it, i will see to it, that its shared amongst all of us.
