Hi , In a contract /outsourcing service where an employee is hired for 1 year contract the clause is being said as follow :- 1. If the employee wishes to leave the job then needs to give a months notice 2. But if an employer wants to remove then 24 hrs time ... Pl. note this clause is purely for contract staff who is fresh or with some experiance...For permanent staff its a month notice from both side vice-versa ... But in this case a employee is demanding ( not requesting ) to change the clause that even the employer needs to give a months notice ..& so the appointment letter needs to be changed & given...... (to which the company has said no ..) Would request for your kind remark on same..
