Advise on Salary Break Up
Dear All,
I am working with a private limited company, we have near about 450 employees. 20 to 30% employees have salary below 5K, 31 to 80 have below 10K rest have above 10K.
we do not have any proper salary structurer. I mean there is any law who guide us for exect salary break up.
For example: suppose one employee has gross salary of Rs.5000/- per month what would be share of Basic, HRA, Medical, Convayence, Mobile Expense, Service Allowance among the 5000. there would be any fix persentage in any law.
