Can any one define me "HR Generalist".

What is the role of HR Generalist..?

 Mostly the HR Generalist will be responsible for the end to end HR activities, ie, from the sourcing of the employee to he exit of the employee. but in the current scenario companies are looking for specialized people for each function like recruitment, training & Developement, and personal administration, rather than generalist role.

The role of HR generalist is linking a bridge between Management and employee.

For Management: to act like the business partner

For employee: to play a role of catalyst and mentor who selects people with talent,set expectations,manage and develop the career aspirations of employees
