Absconded during notice period

Dear professionals,

Seek your advise on the legal actions against the absconded employee during the notice period without paying notice pay, without proper hand over and without permission & information he left site. We have already issued 2 warning letters for his unauthorised absense during notice period. He rejoined then he absconded from site.

Kindly give your advise & opinion.
