Please find my comments
First acceptance is HOW much leaves you Allocated for year ? in our case 7 casual Leave and 15 PL . this could be acceptable limit? is nt it?
We have 15 to 20 % absentisum at contract labour. we are keeping Absentisum Pool against this. we are considaring average Present head counts.
there is attendeance Bonas, which is for No leave,no Absent for sequence 3 month.
I would also like to know if some share info. on this Topic.
