Career Advice Needed
Hi friends,
I need your guidance.. One of my coordinate has around 5.6 yrs exp in HR. All these years she has worked in small firms. She used to manage all the activities of HR and have even headed the Hr dept. Now that she is looking for a change , she is getting interview calls from big companies as well but there is an issue here. She is being offered a specific kind of role ( eg.. only recruitment, or operations etc..). I think it would make her job monotonous and the growth slow. Here she is also put somewhat lower in the org hierarchy.
Pls suggest what would be better for her at this point of time.
