Comparative study of benefits in IT

Hi

I am doing a project titled "A Comparative study of Benefits offered in IT Industries". I have collected the normal benefits that all companies offer.Do any one know any unique or special benefit offered in leading IT companies like Infosys, Wipro, Satyam, TCS, HCL, Polaris, CTS, Etc. If someone could help me, please send me the
details. It is urgent.

Santos,

Let me know what area you are looking at. Maybe I can help you. I suggest you group these under various headings for individual benefits and Group Benefits like Compensation, leave, insurance, meals and snacks, games and sports, entertainment etc. Let me know what you already have and we can work on this together and prepare it as a consolidated spreadsheet.
