Career advice needed??

Dear all,

I want to go for further studies so that it helps my qualification to improve. I am planing to do correspondence coruse. I want to know wether MBA and PGDBA are the same thing. Is it equally recognised when it comes for job.

Pls suggest.

When it comes to order of preference; MBA degree always scores more. As such also, a degree is better than a diploma; except  when it's from reputed institutions like IIM's etc.
