Dear Colleagues,
In today's economy, the role of leadership is far more beyond the conventional responsibilities. Besides giving a lead to Sales Team, the leader has also to ensure growth of sales' volume, productivity,  continue to explore untapped customers/markets and keep the business within budgets.

In view of the above, what can be the enablers of achieveing sales leadership while identifying customer acceptance, the ability to understanding of self selling styles and continue to enhance influencing and empowerment skills?
