Dear Friends,

May I request you all to help me with Code of Conduct Policy for juniour Mgt and Middle Mgt. The requirement is urgent if some one can help me with the same it will be of great help.

As far as I understand, the Code of conduct has to be set up with the Board Committe. Because it involve many different aspect, the most important thing is HOW the investor and the BOD would like to operate their organization. You can't just create Code of Conduct yourself or HR could not do it. It is Board of Director, Investor, or Commissione responsibility and benchmark

So you have to sit down together with them. HR provides the legal requirement etc, but it is not you responsible for Code of Conduct.
