Dear HR Friends,
I wanted some help in taking up new initiatives in the organization. We successfully implemented the suggestion scheme & quality circles in our organization. Now, I need to do something different to motivate our employees, we have a wide range of people from factory workers to the top management, and we have to do it across to all levels in an organization. If someone could suggest or help me I would appreciate it.

You may consider to give Employee of the Month Award to a hard working employee for exceptional performance and taking into consideration of his/her Job performance, Safety Hazards handling, Relationship with the co-employee, Attitude, Team Member, Dependability/Punctuality etc., to motivate your staffs.
