Background screening post joining - is it ok?

Hello Everyone,

In reference to background screening and employee reference checks, can you check new hire references post their joining of the organization? If yes, is there a time frame to complete this process?

Hi Catherin,

I believe references can be checked at any time during employment as long as there was good reason for checking references and if the employee was informed, had agreed and signed the reference checking agreement.
