Dear group,

I am looking forward to your responses in terms of sheer distinction between roles of  HR Manager and Employee Relations Manager.

I am currently working as an HR Manager and see several career opportunities for ER Manager in the industry but am hesitant to apply before knowing the intricacies of this position. Does the ER role have to do much with legal/labour matters?
