Dear Colleagues,

Does your organization pay a performance bonus basis a formula in alignment with business goals and objectives or do you have a formula that you use for annual salary adjustments basis the employee performance throughout the year?

I am looking for some creative ideas on how to pay employees for what they do, keep their salaries competitive with the market, and provide incentives for them to strive for superior performance output and engagement.
