Applicant tracking system implementation

Can any one provide a recommendation regarding implementing a new Applicant Tracking System? Our organization comprises of approx. 760 employees spread across APAC.

Hence, we plan to have an ATS that is robust enough to serve the organization our size while being not too hard on the organization P&L.
