Dear all,

Often there are times when we as HR do not have enough work to keep ourselves busy. These are the times when business begins to perceive that our work can be substituted by other departments. Simultaneously, we strive to create initiatives that do not really have any impact on business.

My question to the group is if you have ever faced such a situation in your professional career and how did you manage this phase.

Your views and kind sharing will help in understading the crux to this issue.
