I am in the process of amending HR policies of my company and thus  seeking to have more understanding about paternity leave in India specifically.

 

Do many organisations provide such leave? If yes, what does the policy say in regards to entitlement, applicability and elibility?

 

I am curious to know details of the above and shall appreciate your sharing knowledge on the same.
