Dear colleagues,
Our organization is planning to implement a variable compensation structure and for the same I have been assigned to prepare policy draft, project plan etc.
Thus, I want to understan from you:
1. How and from where must I begin?
2. How can such guidelines be announced to the entire organization? – 
3. Explaining why are we introducing Variable compensation structure instead of the conventional compensation structure.
3.What should be the %age of variable component. In other words, what is the optimum mix of fixed and variable components? 
Can someone please let me know if they have prepared such a document while introducing variable compensation into your organization.
