How to develop a diversity plan?

Can someone on this community guide me as to how can we proceed to develop on the aformentioned subject?

Hi Anchal,

Diversity is based on the concept that both individuals and organizations function most effectively in culturally empowered environments. Such environments fully recognize the significant benefits of diversity, include members of diverse cultural groups as full participants, act to eliminate all forms of discriminatory behavior and actively seek to empower all members with the skills and opportunities needed for both individual and organizational success

Developing this serves as an educational awareness and a strategic planning input.  Specifically, it helps implement a planning and decision making process that will facilitate the identification of goals, the development of activities and interventions, and the implementation of a comprehensive evaluation process.

Though I haven't worked on such a plan in the past, above is just my understanding to clear your doubts if any. Unsure if the above helps you for answers of questions related to your main question.
