 I have been asked to help with screening job candidate's social media accounts and online presence. What should I be looking for? are they any good resources to help me get started?

 For online jobs or social media screening, I think, you should ask some questions  related to the exact job details and examples of his works  online. A website or links  that could prove  his work experience.

 First of all. Refer your job description and job specification. List down all the parameters hiring company wants to do a screening for. If parameters are mostly hard skills, you can not take much out of candidate's social profiles. But if the candidate is active on social media and there are some contents like posting, liking, sharing or any kind of activity which indicates the temperamental or behavioural aspects of the candidate, you can consider them valuable input for screening purposes.
