Role of HR Manager in Growing Organization
Dear friends,
In one of my friends company, there never existed an HR department except for a coordinator who managed recruitments, joining formalities and payroll. Now, that they're growing the plan is to hire an HR Manager.
I am keen to know what could be the role & responsibility of such HR manager in a normal functioning of this company? The concerned could have got generic details from the internet but I'd like to have an informed response for such a scenario.
