Dear chrm'ites,

I have seen lot of mails from regarding the last minute dropouts after accepting the offer letter. We really understand the cost and effort that goes in completing a recruitment process for a company.

I would want to check if our HR friends would want to come together and discuss on the solutions for this. I would like to invite HR's specifically involved in recruitment area in IT or Non IT companies to get together and have a open discussion on this.

I hope that we might come up with a solution for this. We will then share the same with all our HR friend's across India and make a pool to control dropouts at the last minute. 

Hope this will be a start to a HR pool which will be effective in coming up with solutions for all HR related queries.
