Bad day with interview questions
Dear All,
I am recently appearing for HR interviews of AM/Mgr level positions and there are these questions that are becoming too frequent during the interviews and I am finding it difficult to respond to the interviewer's expectations.
1. Explain about a time when you had a conflict with a co-worker and how did you resolve it?
2. Explain about a time when you had to admit to making a mistake and how you managed it?
