KRA and KPI for Support function
When it comes to sales function, it is easier to come up with KRA and KPI that can be quantified and measured. However, I am finding it difficult to draft the same for the following roles as some of the KRA and KPI have a qualitative aspect and am unable to quantify them.
Can someone from this group forward the KRAs and KPIS for following:
1. HR Manager
2. Finance Controller
Your help will clear my understanding in this aspect.
