Notice boards with statutes

Dear Friends,

I have seen notice boards in factory's with posters of all statutes (PF act, ESI act, Maternity act etc). I want to know is it a mandate to have them on notice board and is it necessary to have such notice boards in corporate, regional offices.

Yes, as per the FActory Act, all the statutory laws must be prominently displayed for a factory premise. For Corporate and regional offices falling under the definition of Shop and Establishment Act, the display list is different and mentioned in the act.
