i am planning to do my summer project in HR field an as well i want to go for an HR specialisation , but prior going there in a compay i need to prepare a problem situation(anything related to people) and i need to study about that in the company.

As i dont have any prior expose to any firm , knowlede i have is only afrom books i suggest all u people who are reading this out to suggest some..
