Question on Corporate Social Responsibility ?

Dear Fellow Professionals,

I would want to know the process of implementing and developing Corporate Social Responsibility in an organisation. Even if sumone can give me the instance of companies having successfully observing CSR in their organisations, it shall be of great help.

Corporates like HSBC-YES BANK-IBM have a seperate cell which works for CSR activities and have earmarked funds which are used for funding similar activities of NGO.They montitor monthly-quarterly on the funds utilisation and status of planned activities.
