Absenteeism

Can the HR fraternity help me in developing an presenteeism incentive scheme to motive employees so that they can contribute more to the organisation.  The current rate of absenteeims is 15 % and I have a KRA to reduce to 5%

you can provide "well pay" for those who had never taken the leave. this can motivate them.

Dear Friends,

at my organisation i implemented sevral ideas through which we reduced the absenteeism

1. Concelling the employees

2. We are paying attendance bonus.

3. We have introduced the Quartely award scheme to the employee who had attended duties without leaves during last three months. In this we are offering a gift to him.

4. Even we introduced the gift scheme in contractual workers also, we distributed lunch boxes to the workers who worked for 26 days in a month.

try such type of ideas at your work place, which realy works

you could give some title like MR. REGULAR/ PUNCTUAL along with some finacial compensation for a certain period. this would motivate  boyh the way. financial and recognition

Dear Freind, Try to give Some non monitory Motivation. Try some employee engagement schemes. If it does not control then only way is negative motivation. Best Regards, Suhas
