Dear Friends, at my organisation i implemented sevral ideas through which we reduced the absenteeism 1. Concelling the employees 2. We are paying attendance bonus. 3. We have introduced the Quartely award scheme to the employee who had attended duties without leaves during last three months. In this we are offering a gift to him. 4. Even we introduced the gift scheme in contractual workers also, we distributed lunch boxes to the workers who worked for 26 days in a month. try such type of ideas at your work place, which realy works regards pradeep
