You could try creating themes around which you want to create employee engagement which are of particular interest to employees in your organization. Some common themes could be - Career Development (under this you can organize brown bag sessions / lunch and learn sessions where groups of employees come together to learn about careers / specialization from another experienced manager / employee)
Involvement in the organization - online quizzes about the history and vision of the organization, Jam sessions or cultural events. These help imrpove employee loyalty to the organization as well.

Hi Mehul, If its a small organisation, u can have birthday party at the end of every month for those who had b'day in the particular month, Ethnic Day, treasure hunt, u can have blogs where employees can post their talents, role playing,... there are so many things to engage ur employees in an innovative way.. Well December is now a period of christmas and new year.. lot of games on christmas ( Secret Santa, Secret Friend) can be played. good for "Employee Connect".. you can also keep a quiz competition.. also you can celebrate new year party.. inviting family members
