Can anyone help me out to find out how we calculate the cost of Recruitment for the company?

Dear Jean,

Formula for COST PER HIRE :

CPH = Advertising fees+relocation+Agency Fees+Recruiter Costs+Employee Referrals+Time + 10% for over Heads / Hires

Note : 10% is derived Figure for all overhead and Administrative Support.

Total Recruiting & Training Cost can be calculated by adding the direct and indirect costs of recruiting and training. Including but not limited to Advertising Costs, Agency Fees, Job Fairs, Referral Bonuses, Internal and Candidate Travel Expenses, Relocation Costs, Internal Recruiting Salaries, Office Expenses, Training Costs, etc
