Dear Friends,

Can any one share some best practices they are using or come across in identifying and engaging the High Potential employees in an organisation. the result should be able to help us in creating inputs to Succession Planning, career Planning and Development of New Business verticals etc.

You can use the '9-Blocker Matrix' for plotting your workforce basis the Performance and Potential Parameters.
