I feel  people relationship is life value & developing people will predict the company's future as they are key assets. That's why I chose to be in HR.

I joined HR because I wanted to make a difference in the way people were treated in the workplace, as well as seeking the challenges and learning experiences inherent in working with and solving people problems; and expanding my professional knowledge/ skills in other areas of HR, especially Employee Relations and statutory  compliance.
