Hello colleagues,
Have you at any point in time faced employee complaints about co-workers not speaking English during working hours and in the workplace. I have received some complaints and I am not sure about dealing with this matter.
Request your suggestions please.
Thanks in advance,
Malik
Dear Malik,
You may conduct diversity training for such a scenario as it has often helped in addressing such concerns at the workplace. Let me know what you think and decide.

Sarah

I would suggest that you address it to all employees as a communication issue which affects not only productivity, but morale and safety.
In the extreme, make "English only during working hours" a company policy.
An environment may be created in favor of English speaking side by side a training session my be initiated. I think it will work
